Long-run share of active members

A gym membership is either active or lapsed each month, and next month depends only on this month:

  • If active now, it lapses next month with probability 0.20.2 (and stays active with probability 0.80.8).
  • If lapsed now, it becomes active next month with probability 0.30.3 (and stays lapsed with probability 0.70.7).

In the long run, what fraction of months is a membership active?
