Break the longer piece: does it still make a triangle?

Asked at DE Shaw, Jane Street

Break a stick of length 11 at a uniformly random point. Then take the longer of the two pieces and break it at a uniformly random point along its length, giving three pieces total.

What is the probability the three pieces can form a triangle?

Show a hint

A triangle needs every piece shorter than 12\tfrac12. The untouched short piece is automatically fine, so the condition is really about the two halves of the longer piece. Condition on the length of the longer piece.
