Can you time a random-walk stock?

Asked at Jane Street, Citadel

A stock price is a symmetric random walk: each step moves +1+1 or 1-1 with equal probability, independently. You may buy at any moment using any rule based on the observed path, but you must sell at a fixed future time TT.

Can any timing rule give a positive expected profit? Prove your answer.
